Özgür TALİH graduated from Trakya University, Department of Computer Engineering and Turkish Aeronautical Association University Master of Business Administration programs. She also graduated from master's degree program at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Intelligent Transportation Systems and Technologies.
She carried out studies on information and communication technologies for 12 years at Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. Since 2010, he has carried out studies to prepare policies, strategies and legislation for the universal service, electronic communication, cyber security and intelligent transportation systems sectors within the General Directorate of Communications of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
Within the framework of Intelligent Transportation Systems, he started her work in 2017 when She became a project manager and coordinator in the preparation project of the National Intelligent Transportation Systems Strategy Document and the 2020-2023 Action Plan. He has experience in smart cities, smart transportation, the implementation of disruptive innovative technologies and project management. She has written, research, article and paper studies on ITS related topics such as MaaS, C-ITS, autonomous and connected vehicles.
Talih, who is currently working on smart transportation and innovative transportation technologies within the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, also contributes voluntarily to the activities of ITS Türkiye.
