Dilara USTA was born in Istanbul in 1998. After graduating from Istanbul Bilgi University Civil Engineering Department in 2020, she completed her master's degree in Istanbul Technical University Transportation Engineering Department in 2023. She did her thesis on Intelligent Transport Systems and Environmental Impacts and worked on smart intersections. In 2024, she started his doctorate education at Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa, Department of Civil Engineering.
In 2021, she worked as a control engineer in the Northern Marmara Motorway project. Since 2022, she has been working at the 1st Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Usta, who is one of the founders of Bilgi University Construction Club and served as its president for 2 years, is currently serving as the Vice President of the University MMG (youth organization of the Architects and Engineers Group) and also volunteers in various NGO activities.
