He was born in 1989 in Eskisehir. While completing his university education as a computer engineer, he also graduated from the department of international relations. After working as a system manager and planning manager in the private sector, he started to work as a computer engineer in the smart urbanism office of Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality. After 2 years, he continues to work at the head of the fleet management and intelligent transportation unit in the transportation department.
