After a successful construction process, ICA took over the responsibility of operations of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway Project and serves with its strong operations team and leading brands of Türkiye which it collaborates with. Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway which are equipped with intelligent transport systems, advanced technology maintenance equipment and toll collection systems operate as two of the junction points of transit transportation between the two continents and contribute to the relief of Istanbul traffic.

The whole route is monitored 24/7 from the Main Control Center and all operating, maintenance and operation activities of the bridge and the motorway are carried out meticulously by ICA teams throughout the year. With a high operating quality, knowledgeable, equipped and attentive staff of about 1.000 people and Traffic Patrol and Maintenance Teams, ICA provides a safe and comfortable ride to the drivers.

From the electronic information signs to the fog and temperature sensors which are important in terms of traffic and road safety, the latest technologies are used on the route. All necessary precautions are taken by constantly monitoring the weather condition data collected from weather stations located at 5 different points on the bridge and road conditions data collected from sensors located on the motorway. The drivers are informed in any case via variable message signs.
