Announcement of the 5. Ordinary General Assembly of ITS Türkiye

Dear Members,

The 5. Ordinary General Assembly has been decided at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the ITS Türkiye held on 9 February 2023, that it will be held on Thuesday, May 30, 2023 at 14.00 at The Ankara Hotel located at Eti Mahallesi, Celal Bayar Bulvarı, No: 78/A Maltepe Ankara with the following agenda without regarding a majority. 

AGENDA

1- Opening, silence and saying of National Anthem,

2- Opening speeches,

3- Establishment of the General Assembly Council,

4- Authorizing the council to sign the minutes of the General Assembly,

5- Reading, discussing and voting on the annual report of the board of directors for the period of 2021-2022,

6- Reading, discussing and voting on the reports of the board of audit for the years 2021 and 2022,

7- Reading, discussing and voting on the financial statement of 2021-2022,

8- Reading, discussing and deciding on the budgets for the years 2023-2024,

9- Reading, discussing and voting on the financial statement of ITS Türkiye Commercial Enterprise for the years 2021 and 2022,

10- Discussing and deciding on the changes of the charter,

11- Discussing and deciding on the changes made in the procedures and principles,

12- Discussing and deciding on the liquidation of the debts of the members who have resigned/been removed from membership,

13- Deciding whether the elections will be held openly or closed,

14- Election of new term board of directors and board of audit,

15- Wishes, desires and closing

• A ceremony will be held to present the membership certificate to the new members of our association before the elections were held along with the presentation of awards to the winners of the 6. Path of the Mind in Transportation Awards.
